Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree, with preference for those with MSW, MA in Rural Development, MA in Sociology/Psychology, B.Sc. (Veterinary, Horticulture, Agri., Agri. Marketing), or B.A. with B.Ed. etc.
- Applicants should have a strong inclination for teaching and proficiency in computer skills.
- Excellent communication abilities in the local language are mandatory; fluency in English and Hindi is beneficial.
- Typing skills in the local language are essential.
- Proficiency in Hindi/English typing is an added benefit.
- Prior experience as a Faculty member is preferred.
Salary/ Stipend
- A consolidated salary of Rs. 30,000/- per month will be provided.
- An annual performance incentive of Rs. 2000/- is applicable, subject to satisfactory review and performance.
- Accrued increments will be maintained upon each contract renewal.
- A mobile allowance of Rs. 300/- per month is included.
- EPF, ESI, and Gratuity benefits will be provided according to applicable rules.

Selection Process
- Applicants will undergo a Written Test to evaluate their General Knowledge and Computer proficiency.
- A Personal Interview will be conducted to assess communication skills, leadership potential, attitude, problem-solving abilities, and suitability for interacting with trainees and contributing to a developmental approach.
- A Demonstration/Presentation round will evaluate teaching skills and communication effectiveness.
